You know your organisation’s core value & probably you must be imbibing that. But do you know your core value? Perhaps you know that inherently, but you may have never articulated it. Recognising your value is a foundation for building your personal brand. As organisations who stick to their core value enjoy credibility in the market similarly, if you stick to your core value you will be recognisable & considered credible. This goes long way in helping your prospective employers realise your true worth. Additionally, you should also work on figuring out what your life mission is. This can be clearly articulated through your personal mission statement which shall drive your life objectives.

Finding answers to these questions will help you evolve your personal brand & will influence level of engagement & messaging across social media.
